Cancellation Policy: If you recently place an order and would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please notify us before you have received a notice of shipment.  If the order has already shipped, you will be required to follow either the Refund/Return policy. In order to cancel an order you must notify Epic Planks via phone at 1-877-754-3742.  There is a voicemail box for cancellations, so please leave a message (with name, phone number, and order details) and we will respond and get your order cancelled for you.  For simplicity, we will cancel the transaction on the credit card used to place the order.  We will not credit a different card or refund you via cash or check.

Refund/Return Policy: If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund upon return of your merchandise. In order to be granted a full refund, you must complete the following steps. 1. Call Epic Planks at 1-877-754-3742 and leave a voicemail in the Refunds/Returns mailbox with your name, phone number, and order details. 2. You must report your refund request within 14 days of your purchase date. 3. In order to be eligible for refund, your product must be in original and new condition. Product must be in original packaging and unused. 4. You must follow the shipping instructions provided by Epic Planks upon your refund/return request. 5. Allow 7 - 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt by Epic Planks. Note, we will refund your original form of payment and will not credit different credit card numbers or refund you via cash or check.
